Pengumuman Penting Mengenai Zipmex Indonesia

Dengan ini Zipmex memutuskan untuk menghentikan operasinya dan mohon maaf atas ketidaknyamanan yang mungkin berdampak pada pengguna setia Zipmex.

Zipmex telah menonaktifkan layanan deposit dan trading untuk aset kripto dan fiat. Disarankan kepada pengguna Zipmex untuk dapat menarik aset kripto dan fiat dari Wallet secara manual melalui Customer Support yang akan diselesaikan dalam waktu 30 hari kerja sejak formulir dan syarat dokumen diterima secara lengkap*. 

Semua dana dan aset kripto dan fiat tetap aman dan terjaga di platform Zipmex Indonesia, dan dapat ditarik sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku dan ketentuan Zipmex Indonesia. 

Action is required from you: Setiap pelanggan disarankan untuk menarik aset kripto dan fiat sesegera mungkin dengan mengisi formulir penarikan dana atau menghubungi Tim Customer Support kami.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

  1. Penarikan dana – Saat ini tidak ada batas waktu yang ditetapkan bagi pelanggan untuk menarik dana. Namun, kami sangat menyarankan agar pengguna menarik dana (aset kripto dan fiat) secepat mungkin. Unduh formulir penarikan dana disini atau hubungi Tim Customer Support kami
  2. Customer Support – Tim dukungan pelanggan yang beroperasional setiap hari pukul 09:00-18:00 kami akan siap membantu menjawab pertanyaan atau permasalahan apa pun selama proses transisi. Pelanggan dapat menghubungi Tim Dukungan Pelanggan kami untuk mendapatkan bantuan melalui saluran dukungan resmi Zipmex Indonesia.
  3. Data Protection – Kami menangani perlindungan data dengan serius, dan kami menjamin pelanggan kami bahwa informasi pribadi mereka akan ditangani sesuai dengan kebijakan privasi kami. Jika Anda memiliki kekhawatiran tentang data Anda, silakan hubungi tim Dukungan Pelanggan kami.

Kami akan terus memberikan pembaruan dan informasi melalui saluran komunikasi resmi kami, termasuk email dan saluran media sosial kami. Harap ingat untuk hanya mempercayai saluran resmi, dan tetap waspada terhadap penipuan. Kami tidak akan pernah mengirim DM Anda terlebih dahulu di Facebook, Telegram, Line, atau Whatsapp dan kami tidak akan pernah menghubungi Anda dari alamat email pribadi atau melalui platform perpesanan situs media sosial. Important Announcement Regarding Zipmex Indonesia

It is with regret that Zipmex has decided to wind down its operations and for the inconvenience it may have on our valued users.

Zipmex has disabled services of deposit and trading assets, crypto and fiat. Zipmex customers are advised to withdraw assets (crypto and fiat) from the Wallet manually through our Customer Support Team which can take 30 working days to complete after we receive withdrawal form and required document completely*. 

All assets remain safe and secure on the Zipmex Indonesia platform and are available for withdrawal in accordance with applicable law and our Terms of Service at any time. 

Action is required from you: All users are strongly encouraged to withdraw assets (crypto and fiat)  as soon as possible by filling out the withdrawal form or contacting our Customer Support Team: [email protected]

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

  1. Withdrawals – No deadline has currently been set for customers to withdraw funds. However, we strongly recommend that customers withdraw funds (crypto and fiat) as quickly as possible. Download the withdrawal form here or contact our Customer Support Team.
  2. Customer Support – Our customer support team will be available Monday to Sunday, from 09:00 to 18:00, to assist with any questions or concerns during the transition process. Customers can contact our Customer Support Team for assistance via Zipmex Indonesia’s Official support channels.
  3. Data Protection – We take data protection seriously and we assure our customers that their personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. If you have any concerns about your data, please contact our Customer Support team.

We will continue to provide updates and information through our official communication channels, including email and our social media channels. Please remember only to trust official channels, and be vigilant against scammers. We will never DM you first on Facebook, Telegram, Line, or Whatsapp and will never contact you from a personal email address or through a social media site’s messaging platform. We only use an email address ending in @zipmex.com; emails from any other email address are not from Zipmex Indonesia.
